Flexibility: a positive trend to take away after the pandemic

Published: 18-06-2021

Last year when the pandemic hit us, the world proved to be much more flexible and resilient than we thought. As an example, in a time before COVID, working from home wasn’t an option for most companies and nearly all meetings had to be held in the flesh.

But desperate times called for ‘desperate’ measures, which challenged all of us to think out of the box and create a (new) way to do our work digitally.

Now that we are slowly working towards rebuilding our old society and its way of working, we believe the aspect of flexibility is one we should not eradicate from our (corporate) lives. In fact, we believe it to be a positive trend that shows us that it is not always needed for personnel to fly across the world in order to achieve certain goals economically.
